PETVIVO ANIMAL HEALTH, INC. RELEASES CONFERENCE AND EXHIBIT SCHEDULE FOR 2026-2027

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PetVivo Animal Health, Inc. ("PetVivo"), in cooperation with its parent, PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: PETV), and its other subsidiaries, Somatrix Technologies, Inc. and PetVivo AI, Inc., an emerging biomedical device company focused on the commercialization of innovative medical devices and therapeutics for equine and companion animals today announced its veterinary conference and exhibition schedule for the remainder of 2026 and through April 2027.

The conference schedule is designed to provide PetVivo with continued opportunities to engage directly with veterinarians, specialists, practice owners and other animal health professionals; increase awareness of Spryng® with OsteoCushion® Technology; provide clinical and product education; and strengthen relationships with veterinary practices across the companion animal and equine markets.

The schedule includes several of the veterinary profession’s leading educational and industry events. PetVivo will begin this week at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium (“SWVS”) in San Antonio, where the Company will exhibit and sponsor a canine joint-injection wet lab. SWVS features more than 400 hours of RACE-approved continuing education and more than 250 exhibitors, providing PetVivo an opportunity to engage veterinarians through both clinical education and direct interaction.

PetVivo also plans to participate in an event hosted by Veterinary Growth Partners (“VGP”), whose network includes more than 7,000 independent veterinary hospitals. The VGP relationship provides PetVivo with an opportunity to engage with independent veterinary practices and practice leaders who represent an important segment of the companion animal health market.

The schedule further includes the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (“ACVS”) Surgery Summit, which brings together veterinary surgeons and other professionals focused on advanced patient care; and the American Association of Equine Practitioners (“AAEP”) Annual Convention, the world’s largest meeting of equine veterinarians. AAEP’s community includes more than 9,000 veterinarians and veterinary students, making the convention an important opportunity for PetVivo to expand awareness of Spryng within the equine veterinary community.

In early 2027, PetVivo plans to participate in VMX 2027 in Orlando and WVC Vegas 2027, two of the veterinary profession’s major educational and industry gatherings. PetVivo will also participate in the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (“IVAPM”) Pain Management Forum in Minneapolis, an event specifically focused on advancing the prevention, detection and management of pain in animals.

“We are entering a very active period of direct engagement with the veterinary community, beginning this week at SWVS and continuing through some of the profession’s most important meetings,” said John Lai, Chief Executive Officer of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. “Our goal is to put Spryng and the clinical information supporting its use directly in front of veterinarians and other veterinary professionals who manage joint-related conditions and lameness every day. Whether we are meeting independent veterinary practices through VGP, veterinary surgeons at ACVS, equine practitioners at AAEP or the broader veterinary community at VMX and WVC, these events provide valuable opportunities to educate clinicians, listen to their needs, strengthen relationships with existing customers and introduce Spryng to new veterinary practices. We believe consistent clinical education and direct veterinarian engagement are important components of our strategy to expand awareness and adoption of Spryng.”

Spryng® with OsteoCushion® Technology is PetVivo’s lead commercial product and is a veterinarian-administered, intra-articular veterinary medical device for the management of lameness and other joint-related afflictions, including osteoarthritis, in companion animals and horses.
